I was fortunate enough to have two excellent men putting in my three replacement windows. The windows themselves are exactly as I wanted. I was downstairs while they removed the old windows and replaced the new ones. They talked and laughed with each other and at some stages I thought I had a boy band doing the job as good singing emitted from them!
