FENSA make two inspections each year consisting of one after the work is completed and one whilst the work is in progress. We are immensely proud to state that in all the many years we have been a registered member, just once in 2003 we did fail an inspection because we missed installing a bathroom trickle vent. Ask yourself, what other company do you know that would openly publish such information.

FENSA stands for the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme which with Government approval was set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) to cover Building Regulations for England and Wales.

All new replacement glazing in dwellings come within the scope of Building Regulations and anyone who installs replacement windows or doors has to comply with improved thermal performance standards.

When having your windows and doors replaced, homeowners must ensure that they get a certificate from the Local Authority Building Control, or have had the work completed by a FENSA Registered Company.
